“Just wanted to take a moment a give a heartfelt thank you to each of you who trusts us with your vacation planning. I truly appreciate your support of my small business. Everyone at the agency realizes that many of the trips you take, you could book on your own or through Costco, Expedia, etc. but we are so grateful that you choose to use us.
We are often asked how this business works and how we make money. Our agency is paid by the resorts and suppliers after you travel. This commission is built into the cost of your trip no matter where you book; however, if you don't utilize an agent, you are giving up a free service! The commission we make goes to support this small business and not a huge chain, and we try to pour back into the local community by sponsoring school events and sports teams.

We used lightning lanes for 90% of the rides on this trip. And had an either 10 minute or less wait to ride….The stand by lines we planned strategically to have little waits. For example, we rope dropped Flight of Passage and had a 20 minute wait. We walked onto Expedition Everest 3 times literally no wait. We hit Mine Train after it was closed and had a 40 minute wait.
