Had the privilege of spending three action-packed days with these great guys from Staten Island. Although Tuesday and Wednesday brought intense heat, our teamwork and the pack's expertise led us to some outstanding bird encounters, producing a remarkable outcome. Today's seasonal weather was a perfect finale. Exceptional dog work and precise shooting skills secured an impressive total of 7 woodcock and 4 grouse.

After tagging out with a client early Monday morning, I worked with Nate and his clients Steve and Tina. Despite some physical limitations, they preserved through weather to include snow, rain, wind and back to hot. Their persistence paid off early Saturday morning with a nice young bull. They returned to Maryland very happy!
