So thankful for my amazing clients who continue to trust me with their vacations for years and years! ❤️ Y’all are the best!

15/10/2023

Day 8:

We got another late start (late night swims do not equal early mornings! 😂). Hopped on the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios and met some fun characters, including Frozone, Edna Mode, and Mr. and Mrs. Incredible! Waited in line for Toy Story Mania, then had lunch at Pizza Rizzo! Then we met up with our Florida besties, Hilary Schwarzmueller and her girls!! We always have so much fun together when we are down here! Our girls get along great and love all things Disney! We rode Rockin’ Rollercoaster, the kids rode Star Tours and Smugglers’ Run several times together, then we all rode Tower of Terror twice! Such a fun day! And of course we ended once again at the pool! The girls were Daisy and Lightning McQueen today!

Day 7:

We have called this Transportation Day because we have experienced several different modes of transportation today! 😂. We started with a delicious breakfast at Cape May at the Boardwalk Resort with Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy! We drove to Boardwalk and then to our new resort, Caribbean Beach Resort! We then hopped on the bus to Magic Kingdom where we rode the train all around the park! We got off at the front of the park, Main Street USA, where we hopped on the Omni Bus and rode parade-style to the front of the park! We stayed mostly in the Tomorrowland area, riding Space Mountain, Tron, the People Mover twice, Carousel of Progress, met Mirabel, then rode the Little Mermaid ride. We then hopped on the Resort Boat Launch to Fort Wilderness where we surprised the girls with a horse drawn carriage ride through the campground! We had so much fun touring the campground and getting to know our horse, Thor! We also found out Thor is one of the horses who carries the Headless Horseman in the Boo to You Parade, so he’s basically a celebrity! 😂. We caught a bus back to our resort, grabbed some quick service dinner, and the girls swam until super late! Another great day! 🙂. Girls were Cinderella and Aurora today!

13/10/2023

Day 6:

It rained Thursday morning and everyone slept in! We had a sandwich in the room for lunch, then took the Sassagoula River boat shuttle to Disney Springs for some shopping! We then went to Animal Kingdom for a few hours and rode Dinosaur, Everest 3 times, and Kali River Rapids. We found a custodial cast member making a beautiful fish out of fallen flower petals…so cute! We were able to do a walk-up reservation at Rainforest Cafe for dinner! On the way back, we stopped at Port Orleans French Quarter for Mickey beignets for dessert…check out the new Haunted Mansion cookies and cream flavor! We packed up our belongings because we are spending the last 2 nights at a different resort…stay tuned!

12/10/2023

Day 5:

We started our day at Epcot once again (we LOVE Guardians! 😂). Today we did another first for the Beals…the Epcot Behind the Seeds Tour!

A year or so ago, my children were being children with their fussing and fighting and I jokingly told them I had booked this tour for our trip last year, thinking they would be mad that I was making them participate! 😆. Well, lo and behold, they got mad when they realized I was joking and DIDN’T have it booked! At that time, this experience wasn’t even available to book again, post-COVID. So they made me promise to book it for this trip! We had so much fun listening to our new friend Abby give us a behind the scenes look at the Living With the Land ride and greenhouses! We got to go “backstage” and see so many cool things! We learned about hydroponics, what makes a tree a tree (has to have bark!), vertical farming, LAWNS (acronym for what’s needed for plants), and so much more. We got to sample Disney cucumbers grown right in the greenhouses and even feed the fish. We had a great time and my girls loved our edutainment for the day!

We also did single-rider test track, finished our Remy’s Scavenger Hunt in World Showcase, got “I Ran” for Guardians, and enjoyed lunch at Connections Cafe! We then headed to Hollywood Studios for Rockin’ Rollercoaster, dinner at another Beal Family Favorite, Sci Fi Drive In, then watched Fantasmic! We finished the night with a park-closing ride on Rise of the Resistance!

11/10/2023

Day 4:

We got a late start today and headed to Hollywood Studios! By the time we got here the lines were super long (Hollywood Studios has almost all big ticket attractions) so we caught the Indiana Jones stunt show and the Frozen Sing-Along, then met Ariel from the new live action movie. We didn’t purchase Genie Plus for today because we knew we would only be in the park a short time today. Grabbed a late lunch at our resort Quick Service and enjoyed the pool! We headed to Magic Kingdom around 5:00 for one of my favorite events, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! We met Mickey first then strolled around before grabbing the Virtual Queue for Tron and hopping in the Space Mountain line right after. We were the first group of the night to see the Halloween layover for Space! So dark and spooky! We then hopped on Tron, enjoyed tons of candy stops, met the 7 Dwarfs, had dinner at Cosmic Ray’s (the Terrifyin’ Twice Spiced Chicken Sandwich and River Stix Elixir were soooo good!) where I was pixie dusted with the Zombie Fingers Halloween treat! We then rode Winnie the Pooh, Big Thunder Mountain several times with no wait, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Haunted Mansion! We caught the Halloween fireworks show, Boo To You Parade (my absolute favorite!), and the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular Show! The girls were pixie dusted cotton candy for the parade! 🙂 Quick stop by the Emporium for shopping and we headed home! Such an amazing night!

10/10/2023

Day 3! I didn’t take many pictures today but we had a great day! Started our day with Soarin’ Over California, then had lunch at Space 220, another Beal family favorite! We got Emmie’s favorite, One Way or Another for Guardians!! We grabbed a ride on the Three Caballeros, walked around and did the Pumpkin Scavenger Hunt, watched the Sugar Ray concert, did single rider on Test Track, rode Spaceship Earth, then grabbed treats from the Karamel Kuche shop in Germany for after dinner treats! Went back to the resort for a light sandwich dinner and swimming! ❤️

09/10/2023

We had a great Day 2! We had zero sun yesterday but the girls wanted to hit up Typhoon Lagoon…another first for us! We grabbed Mickey waffles for breakfast then ran into some fab friends on the way to the car, just wandering around the resort! The temp was 68-70 degrees when we left for the water park 🥶 which is usually a hoodie for me! 😂. I asked the girls if they were absolutely sure for a water park day and they insisted so we headed there! The water is heated to a comfortable 80 degrees, so while it’s not hot tub temperature water, it was very comfortable! Paired with zero wind/breeze and it was surprisingly a great day, although a tad chilly when you exit the water! I think we got up to 75ish at the top!

Typhoon Lagoon had extremely low crowds! Every single ride was a walk on, including Crush N Gusher, which we road 3 times back to back. We waited a total of maybe 5 mins for one ride. We rode everything multiple times, had a snack, enjoyed the crazy wave pool, and did the lazy river 2 full times then decided to head back. We had a nap then a yummy dinner at our resort at Boatwright’s. The girls are Disney Bounding as Ariel (Emmie left her hat in the room)! I’m posting a picture of our yummy cornbread complete with Mickey butter and our pimento cheese fritters with pepper jelly! This is one of Emmie’s favorite restaurants!

After dinner, we headed to Magic Kingdom for the last hour and a half and enjoyed the People Mover, the girls rode the Tea Cups, we all rode 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, then Big Thunder Mountain! Grabbed popcorn on the way out and we were back in our room by 11:30! Another fun, full day!

We are back at Disney this week for a fabulous Fall Break! My girls wanted to do something a little different this trip and try “Disney Bounding”! Disney Bounding is choosing your outfits/color scheme based on a character as opposed to a standard Disney t-shirt or princess dress. We had so much fun shopping this summer for pieces they could wear to the parks as well as everyday wear! Today Emmie is bounding as Figment and Carsyn is Rapunzel! I can’t wait to share their outfits each day! I’m in my regular Figment tshirt today and Daddy is in his lucky Georgia shirt! 😍

Do you have your passport in hand and are you looking for a quick summer getaway? Look no further than Sandals Emerald Bay. Gorgeous water, powdery white sand, golf, tennis and spa! We just got back from our anniversary trip a couple of weeks ago and I would go back in a heartbeat! The most beautiful place I’ve ever seen!

Just a little view from our room at Saratoga Springs this morning! We are in a standard studio in the Congress Section! Our family started the day off yesterday at 4:30 AM and didn’t get to our room until late after a full day at Epcot, so we all crashed! Room Tour coming soon!
