CARAVAN HOLIDAY RENTAL
I have my very much loved “Vinnie” who is almost ready to start welcoming guests for holidays. He’s currently undergoing a spring spruce up so he’s at his best
He is a 3 bedroom caravan that can sleep up to 8 people.
- 1 double bedroom
- 2 twin bedrooms
- and has a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
Situated in the heart of Leysdown, Isle of Sheppey, only a few minutes walk from the arcades, mini golf, chippy, shops, and cafés.
Our park also offers private access to the beach, which is cleaned and managed by our park too. Family orientated holiday park, with heated pool, outside play park and family friendly club house with activities in the summer hols.
Our Vinnie is :
* Central heated and double glazed throughout plus a gas fire in the front room
*TV in the lounge
* fully equipped kitchen
* fridge / freezer
*microwave, toaster & kettle
*cooker
* iron & ironing board
* duvets , pillows provided. Bed linen with beds made for arrival.
or you can bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels

* club house , freshly prepared food to a great selection of soft or alcoholic drinks

RENTAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
* A £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
* If you book within 2 weeks payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
* A £ 100 refundable deposit is required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage , breakages, or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection.
