If you and your loved ones love adventurous (for you), active and/or culturally immersive explorations, then I am your Expert.
I have been planning Hidden Door travel since 2010 in my own company based in the Luxury of personalized experiences; the opportunity for Transformation through your travel in heightened knowledge or a new perspective, an a-ha moment, or a challenge taken; and the satisfaction that your journeys contributes positively to the places you have visited.

Reminder: an African safari takes more leeway in time than does a European vacation, so the sooner you plan (typically 6-12 months ahead) the better.

Let's get you to your Africa safari bucket list trip in 2025! Although a trip to Africa to go in safari is not in the same budget as an equally curated trip in Europe, where, as with safari, you need accommodations inclusive of conservancy/national park fees, guides and drivers, laundry services and food & beverage, flights to camp areas, and other little details, there are ways to be more mindful of budget Accommodation level, for instance).

On safari in… Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. One of the large herd of elephants destinations. In the park there are solar- run pump stations to recreate the old migration paths for the elephants. The park is surrounded by human interference (hence the dried up water sources) so to keep the elephants and humans safe, the stations pull the water from deeper underground and the ekes follow the green grasses until depleted and time to move on.

After working with many clients on Backroads trips, I got to experience one myself! This education makes me all the more passionate about #adventuretravel!
