While Elk hunting...Followed Tracks Through a few day old snowy area into small draw, tucked under a small tree. BEAR, COYOTES, BIRDS, were picking carcass clean. Lion was done eating off it.

Wdfw killed the two cougars that were killing multiple people's livestock on Vulcan Mt in Curlew. They were walking up and down the road during the middle of the day. We actually caught one in the middle of killing a sheep and made the owner of the livestock aware. I've seen lots of cougars on our land but they typically steer clear of people and livestock. These ones were not behaving like they should which is why wdfw dispatched them.
