Happy 5th January, you wonderful people! 💫 The one before everyone heads back to school, work, and college!

We’ve noticed some new faces, so here’s a bit about us! We’re Stu and Gem, based in Hampshire, UK (between Wi******er & Southampton – but we say Wi******er, darling 😂).

We both work in healthcare – Stu’s a paramedic, and Gem’s a manager. We have a blended family of four adult daughters (had them young – we know, we don’t look it! 😂) and an Aussie Labradoodle named Sundae.

We’re passionate about travel, which inspired us to launch our family business, RDH Adventures last year (it stands for Robinson, D’Arcy-Burt & Hale – our family surnames!).

We love diving and sharks! One of our top trips was a shark snorkelling adventure in Florida, hanging onto a rope in the Gulf Stream with bull sharks – pure adrenaline!

Our family holidays often involve 16+ people, though our girls are older now, so it varies. In 2024, we managed 12 trips, including the USA (3 times!), Thailand, Albania, Morocco, Vienna, Monaco & Abu Dhabi – and we’re aiming even higher for 2025!

We’re huge live music fans too – since visiting Nashville in 2022, we’ve become massive country music lovers.

That’s us! We’re all about family, travel, adventures & supporting our amazing RDH team.

Do you put barriers in front of your success ?

We can relate to that ! We did it !

Here’s how we overcame them:

1) We checked our screen time 📱 Now we use our phone to earn instead of doom-scrolling. We cut down the amount of TV/Netfliix we watched.

2) We invested £156 to start our Travel Networking business, and £46pm. (That’s 1/2 the price of a Costa Lattè per day.
We invested in us and got paid instead of spending on things we didn’t get much value from.

3) We received education in mindset & personal development from Global industry leaders …… FOR FREE !

Now we have more time, more money and more confidence to do what we want to do.

What a phenomenal day!! It’s all thanks to hard work and determination from us both. The sweat and tears will fade, but the memories we’re making will last forever.
