The master bedroom at used to have a small window and a door that walked out to an unsafe 1’ Juliette balcony. With this set up, the room was dark and didn’t give justice to the amazing view of the ski trails. The new 9 and a half foot window was the key to the transformation. Welcome to Captain Chappy's Ski House page! The property is a high end gut renovation of a 6 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home completed in December 2021. The location is prime time with the chair lifts, restaurants, bars, and shops all under a 5 minute drive. Despite the proximity to all of the action, the home sits on a two acre lot surrounded by trees offering the feel of seclusion from it all.
