A firsthand look at Disney’s newest private island, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. 🌴
If you’re a Castaway Cay fan, you will immediately feel the difference between the two islands.
Lookout Cay’s beach is so vast, and the island itself is more rustic and less polished. That’s not a bad thing by any means, just a different vibe.
The water and sand are insanely pure and untouched.
We loved our lunch at True True BBQ (very similar to Cookies on Castaway 😉). Remember, meals on Disney’s private island are included in your cruise fare.
The culture and the peace is real at Lookout Cay. Like I said, it’s a completely different feel than what OG Disney cruisers may be used to.
The walk from the ship to the island is about 10 minutes and once you get to the island, the tram will take you to the hub of the island. 🥰
There is so much to do at this beautiful, beautiful place. We loved it and can’t wait to go back!!
