The Maldives is a collection of 1,192 coral islands located in the Indian Ocean close to the Indian subcontinent. The Maldivian archipelago comprises of 26 natural coral atolls – a chain of islands formed from coral reefs, that grew around a submerged volcanic mountain. The country is home to 300,000 people who live on 192 islands.

Chernobyl, Ukraine is an abandoned city. It was evacuated on the 5th May 1986 after a catastrophic nuclear disaster at a nuclear plant located in the city. It is the biggest nuclear disaster in history.

Before its evacuation, the city had about 14,000 residents, while around 1,000 people lived in the city today.

Today, it's a tourist attraction for thrill seekers and tourists around the world. Attracting 100,000 people in 2019 alone
