I am just thankful we have kind people here in Benguet.

We rode on the wrong jeep yesterday and ended in Ducot, Ucab instead. So we walked until Malasin to ride a jeep going to Tram. We rode on the jeep we got in going there and told the driver what happened. We were asking how much is the fare but he said no need to pay then he uttered, “at least naka-sight seeing kayo pay.” He dropped us off at the waiting shed in Tram and said "anusan yo ag-uray lugan." We said thank you!

After a few minutes of waiting, we decided to walk the road going to The Tavern, to just hitch hike along the way. The first one we asked was a motorcycle rider but then he said his destination is near already. So we walked again. We saw a tricycle but it has a passenger. As we walked, we saw the pick up in the photo below. He was about to leave then we shouted "mabalin makilugan?" He stopped, waited for us and let us ride. He asked where we are going and we learned he was on the home to Tinongdan.

What a relief indeed. I talked with him on the way then he dropped us off at The Tavern. He even told us that the last trip is 4:00 pm so that means we have to sleep over. But I told him a cousin going home to Trinidad will bring us home.

Thanks Manong Driver of Ucab! Thanks Junjun of Tinongdan! Thanks to my cousin Franklin! Thank God for good people!
