Guests will enjoy the exclusive use of this 1400 sq.ft, semi-detached 2-story Saltbox Colonial Main House on ½ acre property with a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, small loft area, living room, ‘bistro’ area that overlooks your own private 16'x 32' saltwater swimming pool, large deck and patio all within a private, fenced in back yard.

Additional Info:
* OUTSIDE: large deck, patio, gas grill, dining table and seating for (6), lounge chairs, enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water, pool floats, cooler for your beverages pool-side.
* KITCHEN: Large and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots/pans, casseroles, serve-ware of every size, tupperware, pool-side serveware (acrylic and melamine), drip coffee maker + Keurig, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with ice-maker.

Linens and towels provided. (unless you wish to bring your own)
Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Window a/c’s in bedrooms.

Two adjacent semi-detached apartments are occupied by 3 people with separate entrances and yard space (outside of the pool & fenced in area) so as to not infringe on guests privacy! Host lives on site w/ her partner, John and about the only time you will see them is during pool maintenance and watering the gardens, all of which usually takes about 15 minutes and is scheduled at the convenience of the guests. And of course, Donna and John are always available if you should have any questions about the property and the area!

The other unit is semi-detached at the kitchen and sits on an adjacent street w/ separate driveway, front yard and entrance and has just been rented to a young professional ... back yard and pool is not available to her when the main house is rented!

New pool liner installed Summer 2020 - sadly, we didn't get photo's taken prior to closing the pool in Sept. and looking at this old liner (circa 1980's), so happy we replaced it!
