Proverbs 1:24–33 (NAS): Because I called and you refused,
I stretched out my hand and no one paid attention;
25 And you neglected all my counsel
And did not want my reproof;
26 I will also laugh at your calamity;
I will mock when your dread comes,
27 When your dread comes like a storm
And your calamity comes like a whirlwind,
When distress and anguish come upon you.
28 “Then they will call on me, but I will not answer;
They will seek me diligently but they will not find me,
29 Because they hated knowledge
And did not choose the fear of the Lord.
30 “They would not accept my counsel,
They spurned all my reproof.
31 “So they shall eat of the fruit of their own way
And be satiated with their own devices.
32 “For the waywardness of the naive will kill them,
And the complacency of fools will destroy them.
33 “But he who listens to me shall live securely
And will be at ease from the dread of evil.”

Psalm 23:6 (NAS): “And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
Remember life before the innocence of youth passed?
I believe that’s a glimpse of what eternity will be like.
And the goodness will be forever in the beautiful light of the Father.

Hebrews 1:1–2 (NAS): “God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways,
2 in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world.”

In the beginning, God created mankind in His image. In simplistic terms, our original purpose was to display His glory, to bear HIS image to the rest of creation. But, we’ve an enemy who wants his own glory, an ancient foe who speaks to our reason and desires and reminds us that WE deserve some glory too. Scripture says he is the father of lies. Gods first children believed the lie and plunged their progeny into a curse. They messed up, so God sent His son. Jesus walked the earth as man, but more importantly He completed a perfect, sin-free life as our Leader, our Shepard. The Sovereign has sent the Envoy of peace to you. Whom do you believe?

Never considered that the corporation church would be the driver behind the “falling away” spoken of in 1 Timothy. If nothing else, corporation status as a church is flying the government flag over the Christian flag. is what is all about.

Romans 6:16 (NAS): “Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?”
You are obeying someone: either your or someone’s desires. So you’re every move is serving someone: self or other. In fact, you’re a slave! You fulfill desires, make all decisions based upon your master. Serving our desires is circular. True Christians have been changed in this regard, and the Bible says they’re rebirthed into a life that serves God. The next verse: “But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed,
18 and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.” What’s YOUR quality of life?

2 Chronicles 36:15–16 (NAS): The Lord, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place;
16 but they continually mocked the messengers of God, despised His words and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against His people, until there was no remedy.

Isaiah 57:14–16 (NAS):

“And it will be said,
“Build up, build up, prepare the way,
Remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.”
15 For thus says the high and exalted One
Who lives forever, whose name is Holy,
“I dwell on a high and holy place,
And also with the contrite and lowly of spirit
In order to revive the spirit of the lowly
And to revive the heart of the contrite.
16 “For I will not contend forever,
Nor will I always be angry;
For the spirit would grow faint before Me,
And the breath of those whom I have made.”

If you’re reading this, you’re alive. Those whose life/spirit has moved on (they died) cannot effectively read this that our Creator says. Our common denominator? The spirit.

Do you create and strengthen pathways to connect the life of your eternal spirit to the Eternal One?

Now is your chance.

As Christians, we should ask ourselves, “How can I best use my time in this life to honor the Lord and advance His kingdom?” God created us for a specific purpose, which includes work.

Redemption. It’s presently free and available with a simple prayer. “Redemption is defined by Paul (1 Corinthians 6:20; 7:23) as being bought with a price. It is of God by the blood of Christ, who was sent on earth (this world) to effect it for us (Isaiah 44:22; Matthew 20:28; Acts 20:28; Galatians 4:4,5; Hebrews 9:12; 1 Peter 1:19). And from what are we redeemed? From the bo***ge of the law and it’s curse, the power of sin, and the grave; all troubles, iniquity, evil, enemies, death, and destruction (Galatians 4:5; 3:13; Romans 6:18; 22; Psalm 49:15; 25:22; 103:4; 130:8; Genesis 48:16; Jeremiah 15:21; Hosea 13:14). Because of our redemption (Christ-followers), we have justification , forgiveness, adoption, and purification (Psalm 49:8; Romans 3:24; Galatians 4:4,5; Ephesians 1:7; Titus 2:14). Through redemption God manifests His power, grace, love, and mercy (Isaiah 50:2; 52:3; 63:9; John 3:16). When we have been redeemed, we become God’s property, His first fruits, a special people, sealed until the great day, zealous of good works and living in holiness (separate unto the Almighty), committing ourselves to God while awaiting the completion of our redemption (2 Samuel 7:23; Job 19:25; Isaiah 36:10; 43:1; Romans 8:23; Ephesians 2:10; 4:30).”
The treasured truth of God Almighty stands. It will be standing at YOUR end of time. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Rom. 8:11

I had an Oncologist tell me in his best, learned explanation that he believed I’d be dead within a year. That year expired 7 months ago.
He told me what he believed would come to pass, but, Jesus who heals says only if He says so.

That’s the difference in, for instance, the paralyzed man of Mark 2’s faith- they took the roof apart in order to lower the man down on a pallet he later picked up himself and walked away with in order to get to the Christ, specifically for healing. I believe that it’s safe to believe and trust the One in Whose every word is essential to life (Deut. 8:3) if our life “is hidden with Christ in God.” Col. 3:3.

Maybe you are not facing imminent death, but it is definite: you are terminal. If you are in God’s state of Grace, instead live in His immanence. There is no place for any fear other than holy reverent fear. He is your life, believer.

When Christ by His Spirit and Word imparts the manifold blessings of His saving work as Mediator, these blessings include not only forgiveness but also deliverance from the dominion of sin and renewal by the sanctifying power of His Spirit.

Zechariah 4:6 (KJV 1900): Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit,
Saith the Lord of hosts.

John 17:14–17 (KJV 1900): “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”

How much of your day is lived as if you, believer, are not part of this “world?” This culture? This human horizontal experience?

The abundant life is different. In order to live “abundantly” I must serve the living Lord Jesus Christ. The One who prayed the prayer recorded by John above. We are to “present” our bodies, spirit and soul to Him.

Romans 12:1–2 (KJV 1900): “present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

God has the transformational power so that you will no longer be conformed to a pattern that is earthbound. Live these moments for the Lord of heaven and earth.

I’M BEGINNING TO UNDERSTAND HOW GOD VIEWS BLOOD

“Blood” and “soul” or “life” are used interchangeably in the Bible. Blood is indeed special to God and therefore should be to us.

The people who are shaping belief today, telling us what, where, who, how, want to tell us what we should put into our bloodstreams. Of those, those in power, they’ve been selling the idea that our blood (our very life source) is inadequate for healing from something that we’re told is viral. It’s is not a novel idea. The founding legal document of this country holds that all rights are from our Creator. As it’s applied today, the Creator’s rights aren’t enough and so men have made laws enumerating rights that THEY give or take away. There has been an idol constructed as a legal “go-between” to interpret our human rights. Trouble is, when they became the law-giver, they became the arbitrator of our “Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” This illustrates another problem we have with this legal slight-of-hand, that being our source for information. Who we look to for truth. Who we believe.

Is our blood, our life source, adequate to the task of disease? The principalities have evolved on this topic from benign neglect in order to focus on and improve “symptoms” to current day. Today the force of law via public opinion (whether real or purported) is gelling behind an agenda to gain legal jurisdiction over our bloodstreams.

These are authorities who:
a. Use Science like an idol.
b. Don’t really understand our bodies.
c. Are known liars (in the case of government and media) and corrupters of science.

Whether or not to place faith in the powers that be over our Created immunity is a question of FAITH.

Many years ago a man was put to death by a government official, Pilate, who himself confessed, “What is truth?” (John 18:38). The public opinion who forced the situation were called “of Satan” (Rev 3:9 and other places). But, in this case Jesus allowed them to end His life. His shed blood was the end of the law, the end of righteousness through stipulation of the law, replaced by faith (also known as confidence).

So, each one of us reading this find ourselves at ground zero: our consciousness, confidence, faith-applied to a situation of faith. Ironic that it’s happening in a time when gatherings of the faithful are illegal.

My blood is adequate, for my Creator knows my end. My blood, my life, is belongs to Him.

Some thought that came to mind from yesterday’s hymns, and the current fight for legal or peer-pressured jurisdiction over:
a. My bloodstream b. A child’s bloodstream (that the State thinks they gain forfeit over it when parents don’t follow their recommendations.)
Deuteronomy 12:23–25 (NAS): 3 “Only be sure not to eat the blood, for the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the flesh.
24 “You shall not eat it; you shall pour it out on the ground like water.
25 “You shall not eat it, so that it may be well with you and your sons after you, for you will be doing what is right in the sight of the Lord.”
Blood is very special, as indicated by God:
- It has an owner: God instructed that it must either be used in sacrifice to Him or let run onto the ground. Matthew Henry comments: “When they could not bring the blood to the altar, to pour it out there before the Lord, as belonging to him, they must pour it out upon the earth, as not belonging to them, because it was the life, and therefore, as an acknowledgment, belonged to him who gives life, and, as an atonement, belonged to him to whom life is forfeited.”
-The “blood” and the “soul” are synonymous, in the Bible: Genesis 9:4 (NAS): “Only you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.”
Your blood is your possession granted by God, an exclusive, exceptional, particular, significant, unique gift.

The distinction between the Creator and the creature lies at the base of all sound theology. The temptation to remake God in our own image, to make ourselves bigger and God smaller, is constant and real. Finitum non capax infinitum (the finite cannot comprehend the infinite) is a rule we’d all rat...
