Zebra Plains Mara Camp is set below the Oldonyo Loip Ridge facing the open plains of the Maasai Mara. The ridge, home to some of the big cats, is one of the most important wildlife habitats and migration corridor that it is under their protection. The luxury tented rooms are furnished with all the amenities that you will require for a comfortable stay whilst visiting the Maasai Mara. The rooms can be converted into doubles, singles or triples depending on the bookings. The family tent is spacious, and it can accommodate a group of between 4 and 6 guests. All the tents have both cold and hot running water for showers. The tents are furnished with a wash basin, toilet, luggage rack, reading table, mosquito nets and comfy safari chairs to experience the amazing views from the verandah. The sound of the wild is active in the evenings. You can hear the roars of our resident pride of lions advertising their presence to other lions or contact pride members. Star gazing on open skies is so beautiful and you might even be able to able to learn about some of the constellations. You will fall in love with this place as you review your day's wildlife experience and to plan your next day with your hosts. After your dinner you may still go back to the camp fire and continue having your drinks as you enjoy the tranquility of our camp. At Zebra Plains theye offer various safari plans as well as customizable options suitable to your interests. Their 4x4 land cruiser safari vehicles are safe and comfortable, giving you an excellent wildlife viewing and photography experience. Due to the cooler temperatures and higher big cat activity, Their game drives depart early in the morning and late in the afternoon for the best viewing experience however there is also a lot of animal activity to enjoy during the daytime.
