🏴☠️With an increase in Disney Cruise bookings lately, I wanted to introduce new DCL crusiers to Pirate Night!🏴☠️
What is Pirate Night?
Did you know that most sailings will have a Pirate Night? (Alaska & Northern Europe sailings are not included, but all other sailings 3+ nights will have a Pirate night.)
*Feel free to dress up like a pirate, wear pirate themed shirts & bandanas, or just wear normal clothes and enjoy the night's festivities.
*Pirate night is typically on a port night (Nassau, Tortola, Cayman, etc) depending on your itinerary,
*Festivities will start late afternoon with character meet & greets in their pirate outfits.
*Find a few pirate themed backdrops in the atrium prior to each dinner seating for some fun photo ops!
*Pirate night includes a Pirate themed dinner experience at one of your repeat restaurants, with the exception of 3 night cruises that do not have Pirate dinner since that would mean missing one of your themed dinners. If you are on a 4 night cruise over a holiday, you may also not have a pirate dinner. Dining staff will be dressed as pirates and the menu is pirate themed.
*Pirate night includes a family friendly stage show between dinner times. This show varies from ship to ship, but typically includes Mickey and friends in their pirate outfits.
*After the 2nd dining/2nd show concludes, there will be another Pirate stage show on the pool deck. This one is more pirate themed and varies by ship. Some shows may include Jack Sparrow, a Pirate band and more! This concludes with Fireworks (the only fireworks at sea) and then a dance party!
*Some cruises may have a Pirate buffet in Cabanas after the Fireworks. Ask your dining server if this will be offered on your sailing.
*If your cruise has a special theme such as Pixar or Marvel or Halloween on the High Seas etc, you will still have a Pirate night. Pirate night is a separate experience from the Pixar or Marvel Day at sea.
Can’t wait to see those Pirate night pictures you all send me 🏴☠️
