If you're ever in Erie, Pennsylvania, be sure you make a stop at Mighty Fine Donuts, who more than live up to their name. While we have not officially done a review for their store, they are definitely one of our absolute favorite places to stop for a snack. We've never had a bad donut from here.

We had some very special visitors stop by yesterday 😊 We hope everyone is having a wonderful time getting ready for Santa's arrival🎄Thank you to Scott and Deb from Apthorp Farms and of course Blitzen for coming to put special smiles on everyone's face!

We're on the road again, this time we are in Georgia, heading home after visiting with friends in Florida. We're looking for ideas of some places to check out between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC. Naturally Tom is gravitating towards BBQ, Crissy is up for trying almost any restaurants, though. Any leads for us?

We are in Minnesota getting ready to visit with a friend of ours tomorrow and just had an amazing meal in Minneapolis. You can be sure to see an update to our blog after we get home in a few days. The wait is worth it.

I've given myself a new challenge to get a new blog post up today....lately we've been doing a lot of traveling and have been frequenting some of our favorite restaurants we've featured on the blog already... if I didn't feel like a heel before, now I'm beginning to feel like a worn out heel.... now to decide which restaurant to post about next.... stay tuned!

To quote Ricky Ricardo, "I'm beginning to feel like a heel." We will have an update soon! We are in Albany, NY currently for a visit with family, an oldies concert, and stops to a few of our favorite local restaurants. We will have a new blog post for one of these restaurants soon!

Okay, okay, we're slacking with our latest update, but, we came by here for some ice cream earlier.... just as good as always and thankfully they don't seem to have raised the prices over last year.

You may have to trudge through some snow, but Sara's is open for business starting at 10:30 this morning! The popular eatery at the entrance to Presque Isle will stay open through September 30th. Are you heading for a twist cone or hot dog today?!

We began our blog at the beginning of the year, spotlighting some of our favorite restaurants we've discovered on our travels.
