BIG WIN! The Clevelander and Story won a temporary injunction against the City's attempt to block alcohol sales after 2 a.m. This is victory is just the beginning—we will continue to stand against any attempt to hurt businesses and workers in Miami Beach.

The Miami Beach City Commission is voting to cutoff alcohol sales citywide — a move that will cripple hundreds of businesses across Miami Beach.

Please join us in supporting Miami Beach’s hospitality and tourism industry, and ask the City Commission to reconsider this plan that will have a devastating economic impact to our community.

Miami Beach commissioners held their first votes Wednesday on a patchwork of alcohol restrictions that could redefine the city’s world-famous nightlife, especially in South Beach.

The Miami Beach Hospitality and Tourism Coalition was created to address several ordinances the city is currently considering. We believe these proposed changes would have severe negative consequences for Miami Beach and the region. We believe there are better ways to resolve the issues at hand and want to work with the city to reach these solutions.
