It's that time again...the Showy Orchids are in bloom in Butler, Ohio. The Showy Orchid is one of the types of native Ohio orchids that grow along the Clear Fork Valley Scenic Trail. Take a guided hike through old growth forests!

Let's take an Easter Walk

We will take an Easter Walk to the Clearfork Resort and hike to the top of their tubing hill to get a view over the Clearfork Valley. Along the way, we will see some of the earliest-blooming wildflowers, 3.4 miles round trip. Do not park at the Resort. We will park and meet at our new parking lot on Benedict Road just 100 yards west of Wilson Road. We will meet at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, 2021. Look for our signs on Benedict Road. Lots of hills!!! Primitive footpath.
