Meet our Desert Dream Retreat yoga instructor! 🧘🏻‍♀️ Britta has been practicing yoga for the last six years and has been teaching the last three. Her core teaching principles focus on strength and mobility, encouraging students to explore the possibilities of their movement and to try new things. Britta invites her students to find a deeper connection to one’s self through breath and movement. “In my teaching, I encourage exploration and awareness by creating cohesive material to support a strong, stable practice. Everyday we come onto our mats, we have a blank canvas awaiting our beautiful expressions of breath and movement. My goal is to inspire others to be creative, to honor their uniqueness and to travel the road to self discovery.” // @theyogafriendaz

In honor of Women’s History Month, we are excited to announce our partnership with @doyogawithlisa to provide a donation based yoga class to our community on Sunday, March 7th at 11am. All proceeds will be donated to our selected non-profit organization, @gowiththeflowaz , to provide menstrual products to students and community members in Arizona. You may make a cash donation and/or bring unopened boxes of tampons, pads, panty liners, and cups.
