One of the reasons that I like to help people plan vacations is because I am really interested in the logistics of getting places. In Europe, we rode a bunch of different trains and subways. One of my favorite parts of the trip was planning out all the trains and having it (mostly) work out like I was expecting it to. 🚉

I did a terrible job of remembering to take pictures in Paris - I was too distracted by all the lovely food! We went to a little bistro called L'Eclair for the very best petit dejeuner of our trip - omelettes, croissants, café and fresh baguettes 🥖 ❤

Next stop on the adventure: Bonjour Paris! We got in with just enough time to walk over to the Eiffel Tower and grab dinner at a sidewalk cafe.

Ready for a big surprise? Our first stop was the lovely Disneyland Paris for the weekend 😂. We know Disney World so well that we couldn't pass up an opportunity to compare and contrast the parks. It was a rainy few days, so my pictures won't do it justice - this is such a beautiful park!

On our last day in England, we decided to take a tour to The Cotswolds and Blenheim Palace. I wasn't sure what to expect from the bus tour, but it turned out to be a fairly relaxing way to get out of the city.

I've been playing around with my travel business this month. I changed the name to Kimball Family Travels and expanded my focus beyond Disney to US and European destinations. I have a plan to put my travel posts into a little blog from now on. This way I can keep and share a written record of our adventures. It's nothing fancy, and my first post is about Disney because we were there in November, but this is a big travel year for us so I hope to have lots of good times to share!
