Tranquil, rustic barn conversions in North Norfolk.
Pet friendly accommodation on edge of glorious heathland and woodland walks direct from garden, with over 300 acres to explore.
2 cottages, can be used together as one ( sleeps up to 12) or completely separately.
Threshers barn can sleep 7 - with use of extra bed & sofa bed.
Shire Horse Barn can sleep 5 - with use of z bed.
Both have 2 bedrooms, underfloor heating and wood burners.

Threshers : king size with en-suite, twin room and family bathroom- upstairs.
Shire - double bed on mezzanine, twin room & bathroom are downstairs.
Both have their own enclosed gardens.
Communal parking for up to 4 cars.

Rather pleased with the new outdoor space - just completed today our new Summer House and Patio in the garden at Threshers Barn.
Little fire pit added for those slightly chilly British evenings.
What a lovely spot for an evening G&T and a BBQ! 🍸🍾
I feel the need for some shopping for outdoor cushions now!

These two lovely barn conversions share a communal entrance hall, and can used together for groups of up to 12 people. They can also be rented separately, as each has their own private garden.
Threshers barn can sleep up 7, and is slightly larger than Shire Horse barn which can sleep 4/5.
Both have wood burners snd under floor heating, so they are very cosy in winter. They are also cool light and airey in the summer.
Ideally placed , between Norwich and Holt, with the city and coast being about 20 mins by car. They are also situated on the edge of Cawston Heath , a site of Special Scientific Interest, where wildlife abounds, and miles of heathland and woodland walks right on the door step.
Semi - rural, offering peace and tranquility, and yet just a short drive from many lovely country pubs.
Several national trust properties are nearby - Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Holkham Hall, and of course Sandringham which is only about an hours drive.
Short and long stays available.
