What a perfect start on this last tour of the season! Weather was beautiful, the Armstrong and Redbank Trails were not crowded and so pretty, and all 5 riders hit new PRs of 58 miles today! So proud of these women! Now enjoying a well deserved rest at a beautiful B&B on the shore of the Red Bank Creek!

Started our second Buffalo- Canada tour today. Our city tour today included a trip to the top of the amazing City Hall! What a beautiful piece of architecture and awesome view!

Made it to Niagara Falls, NY last night! Had a “spirited” game of Monopoly Deal! This morning we crossed into Canada and are enjoying lunch at Niagara on the Lake!

Started the day with a city tour of Buffalo. We learned about Louise Bethune, the first woman licensed as an architect in the US. We saw a hotel she designed and is known for. She reportedly purchased the first women’s bicycle to go on sale in Buffalo and was an active member of “The Women’s Wheel and Athletic Club”! 1856-1913

Celebrated Trails Day on the GAP in Meyersdale yesterday. Enjoyed the 77th Annual Maple Festival and then hit the trail, which was FOGGY!!!! But beautiful in the fog!
