Send prayers for Western NC, this is Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, NC about 20 miles from our home in the mountains. It has been almost completely washed away. I'm heart broken as we would visit there often. Most of our neighboring communities are also flooding. Luckily our home just has trees down, the road also has trees down and it will be a few days before power is restored. Prayers to our neighbors who are living without power and water for the next few days. Hoping to get there next weekend to help with the cleanup!
