Closed to tourism up to as recently as 1992, Mustang is a must see destination for those who seek isolation and unspoiled beauty. Whilst on the Everest Base Camp trek in April we met Antonina Samoilova from Ukraine who was attempting to summit Everest to further highlight the plight of the the Ukranian people in their conflict with Russia. Dono gave her his hip flask of Drambuie he was planning to drink at Base Camp, to help her celebrate at the summit. We are glad to report she did summit Everest yesterday and would like to think that little hip flask helped her celebrate - https://www.instagram.com/p/Cdd5_LiDLZA/

In April 2022 we Temples of Nirvan completed our first trek to Everest Base Camp. The group from UK were undertaking it to raise funds for the Charity Love Nepal. And the great news was that all 12 clients on the charity trek made it to Base Camp and achieved all their objectives!!
