Your flights will be re-routed to land in CLARK (Clark International Airport - CRK) instead of in Manila, because of quarantine testing capacity limitations at Manila airport. The re-routing to Clark is necessary to avoid a full cancellation of your flight. More details:

ATTENTION - WHAT TO EXPECT
You will undergo the required COVID testing in Clark rather than in Manila, and quarantine at a Clark hotel accredited by the Philippine health and tourism authorities.

Once you receive a negative test result (usually in 48 hours of the test, although the release timing varies and may be longer or shorter), non-OFWs and foreign nationals may avail of the free shuttle/bus service to NAIA Terminal 2 that PAL will schedule, at no extra charge. The transportation for OFWS will be handled by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA).

Please note that the cost for the COVID tests and the quarantine hotel will be borne by the traveler. (For Overseas Filipino Workers - OFWs, the government will shoulder the cost of tests and accommodation).

BOOK YOUR HOTEL IN ADVANCE (for non-OFWs)
For non-OFWs and foreign nationals, please book your Clark hotel accommodation prior to your departure. You may choose from this list of accredited hotels. For the updated list, please click on this link – List of DOH-Inspected hotels in Clark We suggest that you book your hotel for at least two (2) nights, in line with the expected 48 hours processing time to receive the COVID test results. Please show a copy of your hotel reservation as you check in for your PAL flight to the Philippines.

The hotel or quarantine accommodation for OFWs is arranged by OWWA upon arrival in Clark. PREPARE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT.

All passengers arriving in Clark are required to fill out the Health Declaration Card, Case Investigation Form, and the Affidavit of Undertaking to be collected upon arrival. Saudi Arabia Re-Opens for International Flights
Philippine Airlines will now accept travelers on its flights to Saudi Arabia, starting today (January 4, 2021), after the Saudi Arabian government authorities lifted a temporary suspension on international flights.

Upon arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), all non - Saudi citizens who are more than 8 years old must submit a negative RT-PCR test result from an accredited laboratory in their home-countries. The said tests must have been carried out within 72 hours before departure for Saudi Arabia.

They will need to carry out a 7-day home quarantine after their arrival in KSA.Non-Saudi citizens who had been in any country identified as having the new covid variant strain must spend no less than 14 days in another country (such as the Philippines) BEFORE entering KSA.
(Saudi nationals and certain humanitarian and urgent cases are exempted from this requirement but will be required to undergo a 14-day home quarantine after arrival in KSA.)

Cebu Pacific now offers Antigen Test for only P700, the lowest rate in the industry. The Test Before Boarding (TBB) testing facility at the NAIA Terminal 3 is now open daily for walk-ins from 2AM to 2PM. To avail, passengers will only have to register on-site and pay the fee directly to our diagnostic partner, Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLAB).

RT-PCR Test is also made more affordable for CEB passengers for only PHP 3,300 from our three partner laboratories, namely PADLAB, Health Metrics, Inc. (HMI)*, and Safeguard DNA Diagnostics Inc. (SDDI)*.

Domestic tourists may also avail of the RT-PCR Test at the UP Philippine General Hospital for only PHP 900**, as subsidized by the Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotions Board. Those who wish to apply for this may visit www.tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel for more details.
