We passed through the Corinth Canal the other day. Completed in 1893, the canal links the Ionian Sea with the Aegean Sea in Greece. A man made marvel at 4 miles long and only 24.6m (80.7ft) wide - which honestly seems a bit too narrow once inside!

Exploring Croatia’s road less traveled, we will be sailing the Northern Dalmatian islands, starting nearby the stunning Krka National Park.
Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or new to the adventure, our Croatia flotilla offers the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration.
We will sail through the Kornati National Park which has some of the most stunning landscapes in Croatia. We will be hiking to the top of cliffs that overlook the beautiful Adriatic Sea, snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, and eating at tiny traditional restaurants.

Anyone who has ever doused a spinnaker in a sock knows that it can be quite an effort sometimes! We make this maneuver easier by sailing deep down wind to both lower the apparent wind and so the spinnaker is blanketed behind the main sail. This trick works for any headsail jobs, even simply furling the jib becomes much easier when sailing deep down wind. This was filmed on a pretty epic Outremer 5X sailing down the Australian east coast. A dream trip for Jack 🙌 #vagabondeadventures #sailing #spinnaker
