To the people who walked by and stole our tea kettle we hope karma finds you. We are a small business and spend our own money on things like this and it wasn't something that just is easy to replace. We hope you enjoy it and remember in the future not to take what's not yours!!

Also yes we know we left it out there for 3 minutes unattended and it won't happen again but we thought it would be okay as we were loading and unloading. So we will take partial blame.

What an amazing True Crime Event: Cold Weather and Cold Cases tonight!

Some people question us on where we get our facts, it's the same place you can also go to get the facts about our town! The Greeley Museums are a great resource for learning about this wonderful town and county!

Some people have even told us our research is wrong nothing was built on those roads before 1950. But here is proof 1904 stood the Greeley Hospital!

Built in 1904 at the corner of 11th Avenue and 16th Street, the Greeley Hospital was considered the most modern, up-to-date, and well-planned health care facility of its kind for the time. Historian Carol Rein Shwayder wrote, “Many of “us” Greeley natives can claim to have been born in that building and many of our family received care there as patients.”

It closed when the new Weld County General Hospital (now North Colorado Medical Center) was built in 1952. The building reopened in 1953 as the Weld County Department of Social Services. From 1958 to 1979, it found another life as the Weld County Nursing Home. It was then converted into the University Apartment Complex and is now University Plaza Apartments-Senior Living.
