Als je in Murcia bent, is een bezoekje aan de fabriek van Licor 43 in Cartagena zeker de moeite waard. Onder begeleiding van een ervaren gids krijg je in het Spaans of in het Engels een rondleiding door het imposante museum en de productiefaciliteit. Je kan ook een 4-tal soorten van het heerlijke drankje proeven en een aantal hebbedingetjes kopen in de souvenirwinkel. Reserveren is verplicht. Las Gredas de Bolnuevo, ook wel Ciudad Encantada genoemd, zijn zwaar geërodeerde zandsteenformaties langs het strand van Bolnuevo, vlakbij Mazarrón. De zandstenen rotsen zijn gedurende duizenden jaren gevormd door water en wind. Een toeristentreintje brengt je voor een klein prijsje van de haven van Mazarrón naar deze natuurpracht.

Las Gredas de Bolnuevo, also called Ciudad Encantada, are heavily eroded sandstone formations along the beach of Bolnuevo, near Mazarrón. The sandstone rocks have been formed over thousands of years by water and wind. A tourist train takes you for a small price from the port of Mazarrón to this natural beauty.

De regio Murcia en omstreken heeft zoveel meer te bieden dan zon, zee en strand. Zo kan je bv. de grotwoningen (Cuevas del Rodeo) van Rojales in de nabijgelegen provincie Alicante bezoeken. Enkele van deze woningen dienen tegenwoordig als atelier van lokale kunstenaars. Elke eerste zondag van de maand zijn de woningen geopend en worden de werken van de kunstenaars tentoongesteld. Het schelpenhuis is ook zeker een bezoekje waard.

The region of Murcia and its surroundings have so much more to offer than sun, sea and lovely beaches. For example, you can visit the cave houses (Cuevas del Rodeo) in Rojales in the nearby province of Alicante. Some of these houses now serve as studios for local artists. The houses are open every first Sunday of the month and the works of the artists are exhibited. The shell house is also worth a visit.

De kosten die zijn inbegrepen voor internationale gasten die niet in de regio Murcia wonen zijn: medische en farmaceutische kosten, gemaakte transportkosten en uitgaven voor een verlenging van uw verblijf als gevolg van een Covid besmetting, ziekte of ongeval.
