Have you ever been to Universal Studios?

My first act of learning how to “solo travel” is acting like a tourist when I’m on a work trip. This time I was in Florida for a conference and I decided to visit for the first time.

It wasn’t originally on my bucket list 🙈 but I have officially added it to the list and now crossed it off!

Everyone needs to experience this at least once. I loved it.

I’ve always had on my go to list. Got the chance to do outdoor dining on a good weekend before the lockdown.
They were so kind enough to give my table two heaters! Hospitality was top notch.

Overall I loved the food, and will return when they’re open for indoor dining, they have such a beautiful space.

If we ever go back to outdoor/indoor dining 😭will recommend making a reservation.

It’s getting really cold and while most restaurants have patio heaters, it’s still so cold. My last indoor dining was at and I enjoyed myself.

I usually don’t dine alone, this was my first solo brunch and was so calm and welcoming, they even gave me a mobile stand to watch movies on my phone as I eat.
So thoughtful and nice 💯

It’s a taste of everything and the range it gives is why I love it.

This was tagged dessert on menu but it should be a full Entrée!! 😍
It’s called Special French Honey Golden Toast Series.
Comes in multiple flavours like strawberry, blueberry, Oreo. This is the Mango flavour.

I’ve been to loads of Italian restaurants. It’s my default cuisine, but there was something different about .kingstreet

For appetizers

3 things stood out for me, the Risotto had popcorns in it, amazing idea. Best crispy broccoli I’ve ever had, then that Peach Crostini? I couldn’t have enough.
I called ahead to make a reservation (allotted time of 1.5hrs) Patio dinning
For parking, it’s located on King St West which is super busy so standard downtown parking hassle.

The first time I passed by Restoration Hardware at Yorkdale mall, I was with my girls and couldn’t get a table because they were fully booked.
I told myself I’ll return and have a proper meal. It just looked so fancy and luxurious, I wanted a taste of it.
4 weeks later I remembered I hadn’t gone there so I dressed up, put on my best makeup and was ready for a good meal. I knew I was gonna take pictures, it had all the right spots that were Instagram worthy. Made a reservation, got there early it’s Covid season so menu is limited which is understandable.
Can’t remember what I ordered but I left disappointed, the meal wasn’t tasty or up to my expectations.
I only soaked in the nice decor not the food.

If you’re ever in Montreal, try out for some delicious breakfast.
I don’t remember what the item was on the menu 😭 it was all French, but! The taste stuck with me. It was a good meal 👏🏾

How do you feel about your curry sauce served in an actual coconut?
