കർക്കടക കഞ്ഞി വയ്ക്കുന്ന വിധം:

1. ഞവരയരി / നെല്ലു കുത്തരി / ഉണക്കലരി ആവശ്യത്തിന് മേടിച്ച് ഉപയോഗിക്കുക. 3 പേർക്കുള്ള മരുന്നാണിത്. അത് അനുസരിച്ച് അരി എടുക്കാം.

2. മുക്കുറ്റി, കീഴാർ നെല്ലി, ചെറൂള, തഴുതാമ, മുയൽ ചെവിയൻ, ബലിക്കറുക, ചെറുകടലാടി, പൂവാംകുറി ന്നില – ഇവയെല്ലാം സമൂലം തൊട്ടുരിയാടാതെ പറിച്ച് നന്നായി കഴുകി ചതയ്ക്കുക.

3.കുറുന്തോട്ടി – വേര് മാത്രം

4. ഉലുവ, ആശാളി (അങ്ങാടി കടയിൽ ലഭിക്കും) ഇവ പൊടിച്ചു ചേർക്കുക.

5. കക്കുംകായ – പരിപ്പ് (അങ്ങാടി കടയിൽ കിട്ടും),

6. ചെറുപയർ – പൊടിച്ചു ചേർക്കുക.

മരുന്നുകൾ എല്ലാം കൂടി 30gm/60gm ചതച്ച് നന്നായി കിഴികെട്ടി അരിയിൽ ഇട്ട് കഞ്ഞി വച്ച് കഴിക്കുക.

ആവിശ്യമെന്നാൽ തേങ്ങ പീര ഇടാം,
ജീരകം, ചുവന്നുള്ളി ഇവ നെയ്യിൽ ചേർത്ത് വറുത്ത് ചേർക്കാം .

ഇന്തുപ്പ് / കല്ലുപ്പ് ചേർക്കാം.( ആവിശ്യമെന്നാൽ ).

രാത്രിയിൽ ഒരു നേരമെങ്കിലും മരുന്ന് കഞ്ഞി കഴിക്കുക.

മരുന്ന്കിഴി അടുത്ത ദിവസം പുതിയത് വേണം .

മുരിങ്ങയില, മത്സ്യ മാംസാദികൾഒഴിവാക്കുക.

ചേന, ചേമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ കൂടുതൽ കറികളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുക.
