They say there’s always a way to find positivity and beauty, even in the darkest times. These three stunning properties in Tampa and St Petersburg are shining brightly, bringing smiles to our faces. We’re incredibly grateful that they were unharmed during the last two hurricanes.

We’re doing everything we can to support families who have lost everything, providing them with safe, dry homes as they navigate this difficult period.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Florida and the surrounding states during this challenging time. Together, we will rebuild our cities and towns, making them even more beautiful and resilient.

We prepared the best we could have for Hurricane Helene but she had other plans💔 7 of our properties in Treasure Island and St Pete Beach have been destroyed . Our hearts are heavy and to see such devastation to not only our properties but the entire surrounding area and community is heart breaking.
The community has come together in the most incredible and beautiful way and we too will all rise from the darkness 🌈.
Thank you for all the kind messages, prayers and love. Our prayers, love and thoughts are with those in FL, GA, NC and TN, who have faced such devastation and loss ❤️
If you are able to, please donate to reputable organizations to help the community rebuild and remember to always be kind to those around you 🫶🏼.
