Tonight’s meal is enjoyed at Tiffin’s in Animal Kingdom. A beautiful restaurant with Asian and African decor with wonderful dinner selections.

Our selections were the Short Ribs, Surf and Turf, and Shrimp and Grits. Wonderful!

Disney is doing well. I’m just glad we visites before Memorial Day.
