Lucky enough to be able to stay in a newly refurbished deluxe studio at Disney’s Polynesian….loving the new carpet paint makes the room feel brighter and more open, and the Murphy bed is a game changer! So much easier to open/close for more space during the day! Of course the hidden gem not pictured is the single bed that has it’s own light and painting. Will add that to comments below!!

Breaking Disney news! Walt Disney World and Disneyland are revamping their entire guest experience in the parks. This is just the beginning of Disney rolling out big news, read on to find out why there has never been a better time to have an ET Family Travel agent to help you plan your next visit to the Walt Disney World or Disneyland!

Here’s what we know so far:

🎟 FastPass (WDW) and MaxPass (DL) as we knew them are *not* returning

🧞‍♂️Disney Genie will now be the main way guests will experience the parks, will be built right into MyDisneyExperience, and will track your itinerary. There is NO cost for Disney Genie.

🧞‍♂️✨ Genie+ will be a paid option where guests of both WDW and DL can choose ‘Lightning Lane’ selections, one at a time, throughout the day. (This is most comparable to the old MAXpass system in DL)

🧍‍♂️Genie+ will be optional, as most rides will still have traditional standy queues

💰 In WDW, Genie+ will cost $15/pp per day; in DL it will cost $20/pp per day

🎢In addition to attractions available through Genie+, additional attractions will be available for ala carte purchase; pricing will be based on date, attraction, and park - more details to follow!

🏨 Walt Disney Resort guests can make their Genie+ selections at 7am on the day of their park visit, and/or purchase additional Lightning Lane passes (up to 2 per day). Day guests can access these features once entering the park.

🗓 No word yet on WHEN these changes will go into effect

Its slowly coming back....

Tomorrow, June 4, club level rooms at select resorts will be available to book for later this year!!!! 😍 We love to PLUS up a special trip, with this fairy tale UPGRADE!🥳

🏰 Grand Floridian Royal Palm Club (main building) will reopen first on September 16th

🏰 Boardwalk's Innkeeper's Club will reopen the following week in September 23rd

🏰 Contemporary Atrium Club will reopen September 26th

🏰 Wilderness Lodge Old Faithful Club will reopen December 16th

🏰 Coronado Springs Chronos Club also reopens December 16th

We can’t wait to return to the club level lounges to experience the amazing food and service! Club Level resort stays in the past included: concierge service, light breakfast daily, snacks and drinks throughout the day, appetizers in the afternoon and desserts & cordials in the evening! More information will be provided soon about amenities that will be included.

⚡️ Breaking News: Disney's After Hours Boo Bash kicks off at the Magic Kingdom on August 10! 👻

🎃 This special event will feature the new "Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade" plus other character appearances, select complimentary snacks (plus some new themed foods & beverages for purchase) AND access to over to 20 rides throughout the park.

🏨 Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels will be able to purchase their tickets EARLY - on June 8 - with tickets going on sale for the general public on June 15.

🎟 Tickets start at $129 – $139, plus tax for August/September nights and $159 – $169, plus tax for October nights, and $199, plus tax for Halloween. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can take advantage of a $10 discount for event nights in August and September.

A good sign!!!!

In today's Disney news - Disney's BoardWalk Inn is scheduled for reopening on July 2! We love this resort so much and hope that when it opens future guests will be able to experience the Boardwalk that we know and love.

Here's WHY we love this resort:
⭐️ Location, location, location! We love that we can walk to both Epcot AND Hollywood Studios in less than 10 minutes!
🎠 We love the theme and feel of an early century Atlantic City Boardwalk.
💦 The Luna Park Pool!
🎩 We love the performers and carnival games - we are hoping these come back when the resort opens!
🧁We love the variety of foods available - whether old school Italian, seafood, brewery, or just a cookie from the Boardwalk Bakery, there's something for everyone.
🍭 Jellyrolls - our favorite bar on the planet! Hope it opens its doors again soon!

Great news!! Some more magic is coming back at Walt Disney World! Maskless photos will be permitted starting April 8th as long as guests are stationary and physically distanced from other guests. Time to add Memory Maker to your next trip!

No more rushing onto the monorail it is now organized by numbers according to your party! Health checks prior to entering parks and physical distancing markers everywhere. We couldn’t walk without seeing at least one hand sanitizing station or portable hand washing station. They take this very seriously and will correct you on your mask wearing if need be
