Just got back from a quick 24 hour trip to the townhouse to tie up some loose ends before a busy couple months of guest arrivals. Don’t let this view fool you…it was FREEZING. Coldest night in 1,470 days (I’m not making that up). It’ll be 82 again this Friday. We officially announce that winter is over in Florida. Message us if you want information about the property. For the guests already on the calendar, everything looks great and we’re ready for you. ☀️

Merry Christmas everyone & Happy New Year!! We just spent a few days down in Florida at the townhouse after Christmas. We still had a few things to get done before some of you start arriving. We were lucky with the weather-sunny & 80 each day. As a reminder, the townhouse is very close to popular attractions and 1.5 hours away from area beaches.
