I come to you with educational training from Travel Leaders of Tomorrow and Interntional Air Academy. Both have taught me regarding professionalism, itinerary planning, geography, and all things airline, resort and hotel, car rentals
, as well as cruises for clients. I also have previous experience in Corporate Travel Industry from my employment in Kansas City, Missouri at World Travel BTI. This is a busy call center where I enjoyed assisting business travelers with existing reservations they made online. I proudly possess my Certified Travel Associate credential with The Travel Institute. This means I meet educational, professional, skills, and ethical standards as a travel advisor. It's my responsibility to maintain and renew this credential annually. I am with Nexion Travel Group LLC as my host agency since 2019. This allows me to operate as an independent advisor with their support. As part of Nexion, I have direct access to the package suppliers, flights, resorts, cruises and more to make your trip happen. I regularly travel to and experience the places I sell in Caribbean and Mexico. In addition, I personally enjoy cruises on a regular basis with Norwegian, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean.

On a Princess Cruise you become part of their Medallion program. You will be given a Medallion to wear around your neck in a lanyard or on your wrist like a watch. This Medallion unlocks your stateroom and allows you to order anything using your phone and they bring it magically to you anywhere on the ship. It really works! Are you at the pool deck watching an outdoor movie and suddenly you're hungry for a burger and fries and don't want to get up? Just order it on your phone and voila!

When docked in Bermuda, this unique water park is across from the ship at Royal Dockyard. It costs $40 to enjoy all day with waterslides, inflatable fun, and choice of three diving boards at three heights. It was fun watching kids play here.

Let me share this photo I took from my stateroom on Norwegian Joy around 5am disembarkation morning from Bermuda into New York. I “sleep” with the curtain open all night disembarkation night. I like watching us come into port from start to finish. Just happened to sail in front of the Statue of Liberty and a ferry sailed by too. I raced out of bed, grabbed my phone, and got this shot.

“Just as I don’t buy dinner from a vending machine, I don’t buy something as important as travel from a low cost/low service provider,” said Zane Kerby, ASTA's President and CEO. “The customer service travel advisors provide cannot be replicated by AI. The trust that travel advisors build with their customers is authentic and it’s what we stake our reputation on.”
Kerby added that some customers will always “prefer to work with a human travel advisor, always.”
