She couldn't believe it when chef Vikram Vij invited her to his kitchen as part of the "With the Chef" experience.👨🏾‍🍳

Her husband had planned this special dinner months ago to celebrate their anniversary. She had long been a fan of the chef, and this up close experience was a dream come true!❤️

The evening unfolded before her, starting with a toast to travel, good food, and new friends. 🥂

The flavours of the tasting menu danced on her palate. The recipes were made with fresh ingredients, authentic spices, and the love of the Vij's kitchen team.

Alongside the food he served, he also shared stories about his journey, his vision, and his love for Indian cuisine. She felt honoured and grateful to be personally hosted by one of the most renowned and respected chefs in Canada.

As the evening drew to a close, she and her husband were giddy from the memorable evening. He made her feel like a VIP guest in his home.
