👉👉FYI wala pong kakayahan magrefund ang Travel and Tours agency KUNG HINDI MAGREREFUND ANG AIRLINE/HOTEL. Travel and Tours are depending on Airlines din po. So better follow airlines official page for announcement. once c airline nag.announce ng Refund you can complain na yung travel and tours na napagbookan nyo. BUT as of Airlines announcement once ang ticket mo is on Promo most probably no refund yun kundi REBOOKABLE OR REROUTE lang. alamin nyo po ang terms and condition sa rate ng ticket/hotels na nabook nyo. wala po sa travel agencies ang responsibilidad ng pagrefund kundi nasa airline po yun.

try to think of it. ang perang binayad nyo sa booking is hindi napunta sa bulsa ng travel agent/agency SERVICE CHARGE LANG PO ANG SA TRAVEL AGENT/AGENCY. ang bayad sa ticket sa airline po napunta yun or sa hotel. paanong maibabalik kaagad ng agent/agency sa inyo un kng hindi pa din naibabalik ng airline or hotel??

WAG PO KC SANA AGAD SISIHIN ANG AGENT/AGENCY BE CONSIDERATE. TRY TO ANALYZE THE SITUATION. kung nagpapanic kayo mas lalo ang mga agent dahil hindi lang po isa o dalawa tatlo ang apektado madami pong clients na kailangan nilang iassist at wala pong maisasagot sa inyo hanggat walang sagot from the Airline/Hotel.

Sorry if possible for cancellation tayo or rebooking sa ating mga flights dahil sa NCOV19.It is for our safety too.

Now po , since our Mr President said a while ago , effective March 15 all domestic flight and International will be suspended but still it's under review pa po .Under review kasi kailangan pa nila ng tugon mula sa company ng mga Airlines.

Ngayon po, after March 15 2020 , on March 16 lets decide ano pwde nating gawin. Kasi as of now if you insist na i re book , pwde ito free of charge ng rebooking fee but fare difference may apply. So may bayad 😉 kasi po wala pang email from the airlines na cancelled tayo.

So I am begging your patience, hindi po mkakatulong ang pag panic. Everything will be fine. It’s refundable, rebookable if we receive an email from the airlines. As of now , relax lang po muna tayo.

Wala pong may kagustuhan nito madami tayo apektado. Huwag natin ipilit ang gusto natin kahit alam po natin na imposible.. Maghintay po tayo sa advise ng airline.. Huwag po natin ipilit sa kagaya namin travel agent ang mag magic.. Si Airlines pa din ang magdedecide regarding sa flight status. We will update you once may email na po ako na receive.
