If you're thinking about visiting Hawaii, from the looks of it… the cheapest time is January & February, and it's some very affordable prices considering if you want to come to Hawaii. I recently checked for my brother, and you can book a one-way ticket from Raleigh to Honolulu for $200-300 right now. If you decide on round trips, you're looking at $600^, which is quite reasonable for Hawaii if you ask me. 🙂
