Last night was our monthly meeting. This month's supplier was Kyle from Kensington Tours.

THIS WAS NOT AN OFFICIAL TANWA EVENT. It was a private event OUTSIDE of TANWA that was set up by a TANWA agent.

Today myself and Cheryl met with Pablo from Lomas Travel in a private event.

Occasionally a BDM will visit the area. When an agent has a private meeting scheduled with a supplier, as a courtesy he or she will extend an invitation to other TANWA agents. If you can make it, ( no worries if you can't) this is a great opportunity to build a relationship with a BDM, at least connect a face to a name.

But in order to be notified of these last minute events, you need to be a member of TANWA. If you are a travel advisor who lives in Northwest Arkansas and is able to attend in-person meetings on the third Tuesday of every month, contact [email protected] for more information. We'd love to have you join us.

Guess what tomorrow is...Travel Tuesday, and I'm headed to Cancun for the ALGV Ascend 2024, my favorite industry event of the year.

This Invite-Only Conference is highly anticipated every year and I’m so honored to have been invited and represent Destinations!

I will be spending my time learning, and networking with Resorts, Suppliers, and Brand contacts to further build the relationships that help me make your vacations a dream trip.

It looks like our TANWA professionals are or have been all over the world recently, learning more about what we can offer our clients! Tracee is on an Alaska cruise, Alicia is in Greece, Cheryl is in France, and Melinda is on her way to Austria. Debby just got back from Puerto Vallarta and Allison was in Curacao a few weeks ago. Paul traveled the Rockies to the Red Rocks on the Rocky Mountaineer train. Peggy and Steven are or were in Yellowstone. Abby and Christi both did familiarization trips in Riviera Maya, and Christi also did one in the Dominican Republic. Paulette went on an Alaska cruise as well! Lee, Tonya and Debby all checked out Jamaica sometime in the past several weeks, and Tonya also went to Mexico, Turks & Caicos, as well as several of the US states. Christi did a Disney cruise, as well as some Florida destinations, and Kelly is currently on Carnival. In addition to all the others in Mexico, Lisa has been to Iceland, Portugal, Spain, Norway and England !
