Despite what you may have heard, it’s not more expensive to book a Disney trip through a travel agent vs. booking it directly with Disney. In fact, it's an agent's job to keep updated on Disney’s latest promotions to save you money! Disney pays out a small commission to my agency for doing the booking legwork allowing me to offer my services at the exact same price you would receive if you booked directly from Disney.
On average it takes 10-20 hours of your time to research a non-Disney vacation. This time can easily double when researching a Disney Vacation. There’s simply too much information for anyone to learn in a short amount of time. If you lead a busy life and don’t know too much about Walt Disney World or Disneyland then not only can the planning process be time-consuming, but also very overwhelming.
