Renting out my beautiful lakehouse this summer!
Some details:
- Located on Roddick Lake (Grand lac Rond) approx. 1 hr 45 min from Ottawa
- Sleeps 9-11 comfortably (3 bedrooms - 1 with a king, 1 with a queen, 1 with twin bunk beds, one more twin and one double. Also have a pull out sofa in living room.
- Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen with massive island.
- Great room with sitting area and dining room - vaulted ceiling and three walls of windows looking out at the lake. Large patio doors leading out to deck with outdoor sitting area and hot tub.
- Amazing swimming off the dock - water is about 12 feet deep and very clean. No weeds. Perfect for jumping or diving. Canoe and kayak available.
- Amazing fishing throughout the summer (I'm told). Can fish right off the dock.
- Hot tub that sits 5-6 comfortably with unobstructed view of the stars, the lake and the sunset
- Screened in porch sitting area with sofa bed and chairs
- Outdoor firepit with 8 muskoka chairs perfect to roast marshmallows and enjoy the stars
- Mid level deck between lakehouse and waterfront that offers shade and quiet, peaceful retreat. Sit and enjoy the view on the swing seat or a coffee/drink at the bistro table and chairs.
- Three inviting hammocks located under mature trees
- View is west facing and perfect for phenomenal sunsets from the dock, the hot tub, the deck or inside the great room
