I recently traveled to Walt Disney World and stayed at Coronado Springs, and this resort is one I will recommend over and over again! Guests in the Gran Destino Tower receive accomodations that are comparable to Deluxe Resort status. The beautiful lake and pools, along with the amazing food and decor has this resort on the top of my list for travelers looking for higher end amenities on a moderate budget.

Harmony Barber Shop is opening its doors once again on July 31 for the world’s most magical haircut. Considered by many to be a rite-of-passage, the cherished “My First Haircut” experience is making its return as stylists eagerly await to shower their young friends with magic and extra special pixie dust for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration to commemorate this special milestone.

One of parents’ most cherished memories is the first time their little one visits the barber to shorten their unruly, yet luscious locks. How special it would be to share this moment with her at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

To ensure service is a cut above the rest, a limited number of reservations for this timeless experience will be bookable in the My Disney Experience app beginning June 28.

This fall, ghosts and ghouls of all ages are invited to don their favorite costumes and celebrate all things haunted during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Taking place on select nights Aug. 12 through Oct. 31, 2022, this special event haunts Magic Kingdom Park after normal park operating hours from 7 p.m. to midnight.

Speaking of easy transportation...

Disney’s Grand Floridian provides some of the easiest transportation to Magic Kingdom and Epcot: just one monorail stop or a short walk to the entrance of Magic Kingdom! Then on your way home it is the first stop for the boats! You can also grab the monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center and transfer to the EPCOT Monorail. Staying at the Grand Floridian means staying in the most luxurious accommodations on property!
