I graduated accountancy and never became an employee: And this is my story 💕
Long post ahead but worth reading 🤗
My only experience back then was becoming an on the job trainee. Madalas puyat, pero enjoy naman. I was learning a lot, especially on my course. Pero nung nasimulan kong makita how they work really hard, the busy season of accounting and everyone was rushing their reports, I realized.. I don't want to live paycheck to paycheck constantly dreaming my dreams and not realizing them.. Don't get me wrong, those moments held a lot of learnings for me, I guess I just wanted to explore and learn more.
And that's when I met Sun Life. That there was a way for me to help the society and help change lives by insuring one life at a time. And I get paid to help my family and for my dreams to become a reality. Yung tipo bang uuwi kang fulfilled kasi may magchat sayo ng "Jamm thank you, hulog ka ng langit sa amin" and even "Jamm thank you, kasi nakabangon ako sa mga utang ko" Those things mean a lot for them and I realized that this is a noble job, and I'm doing a good thing for people.
