⚠️IMPORTANT

Please be advised that Bureau of Immigration released an advisory regarding the full-scale implementation of the e-Travel System (Electronic Travel Declaration System) form. It is MANDATORY that ALL PASSENGERS and FLIGHT CREW that will depart from the Philippines, commencing on
April 15, 2023, to register at https://etravel.gov.ph:

- Arriving passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours from the scheduled time of arrival up to actual arrival into the country; and
- Departing passengers: Not earlier than seventy-two (72) hours up to not later than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the country.

Paper-based arrival/departure cards shall discontinue effective 01 May 2023.

Group tours with five or more travellers from the Philippines arriving through Yangyang International Airport can also stay in the country for up to 30 days without a visa!

Enjoy Quarantine-free Travel between the Philippines and Singapore

We are pleased to share that from 4 March 2022, fully vaccinated travellers will be able to enjoy quarantine-free travel1 between the Philippines and Singapore for any purpose, including leisure travel, via the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement.

VTL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FROM THE PHILIPPINES TO SINGAPORE

To travel via the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement to Singapore, you must meet all the eligibility criteria, including the following:

Possess a 7-day travel history prior to departure comprising only of Singapore and/or any VTL countries, or Category 1 countries/regions;

Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with any vaccine in the World Health Organisation Emergency Use List, with the last dose completed at least 14 days prior to arrival in Singapore;

Have a digitally verifiable vaccination certificate that is recognised by Singapore Authorities;

Present a negative pre-departure test result2 from a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test or professionally-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) taken within two days prior to flight departure; and

Undergo a supervised self-swab Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Tests (ART) within 24 hours upon arrival. A web link to book the test will be provided in the Test Notice issued to you upon arrival.

Travellers are encouraged to use the Safe Travel Concierge to view a checklist of pre-travel requirements, access e-services and forms.

VTL travellers who recently recovered from Covid-19 (i.e. within seven to 90 days of their last infection before departure to Singapore) are exempted from all testing requirements listed above if they provide appropriate documentary proof of their recovery.

VACCINATED TRAVEL PASS

All short-term visitors will also need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) between three and 60 days prior to their intended date of entry into Singapore3.

Travellers flying on the first VTL flight from the Philippines can apply for the VTP from 1 March 2022, 10:00hrs. This can be done conveniently online at no charge. Travellers should also check visa requirements before they fly.

2Infants aged 2 and below in the calendar year are exempted from all Covid-19 tests.
3Children aged 12 and below (as of calendar year) are not required to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass. However, they must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated traveller on the VTL flight.

➡️ previously approved travels with issued QTPs will still be honored and allowed on the entry date declared, but starting January 6 test results will be an additional requirement if coming from Alert Level 3 areas.
➡️ red-shaded dates on Baguio VISITA have already reached the entry limit and therefore registration cannot proceed. Choose instead available dates, or book in hotels with standalone triage and with available rooms.
➡️ Baguio VISITA is for leisure travel only. APORs, essential/business travels, medical/professional appointments, students, workers/employees, returning residents, or passing through must register in hdf.baguio.gov.ph, just show documentary proof of your reason.
