The Bermuda shutters have been installed on the bedroom windows. The Magenta finish really pops against the contrasting exterior.

While we have ordered and are waiting on the the Bermuda shutters to be installed on the outside of each bedroom window we never the less went ahead and installed window shades on the inside to enhance your privacy.

For the most part Southern Beaux is finished, we will however continue to fine tune it both inside adding storage, bed side tables, luxury bedding and art work. And outside adding more deck furniture and Bermuda shutters.

The cover page picture is the front of the renovated property looking at it from the street. We will be adding a driveway and landscaping to finish it out.

The new Southern Beaux beach house will be coming on line in either May or June of 2024. It will be managed by Margaret Rudd and Associates.
