While we have ordered and are waiting on the the Bermuda shutters to be installed on the outside of each bedroom window we never the less went ahead and installed window shades on the inside to enhance your privacy.

For the most part Southern Beaux is finished, we will however continue to fine tune it both inside adding storage, luxury bedding and art work. And outside adding more deck furniture and Bermuda shutters.

The cover page picture is the front of the renovated property looking at it from the street. We will be adding a driveway and landscaping to finish it out.

The new Southern Beaux beach house will be coming on line in either May or June of 2024. It will be managed by Margaret Rudd and Associates.

While have renovated the property from top to bottom and will be listing it through Margaret Rudd and Associates in May or June of 2024. Here is a view of the renovated property from East Beach Drive. The property was raised 7 ft. so the back deck offers great views of the beach and the Atlantic.

For any of you that enjoy the moderate heat when at the beach I have opened up October, November and December. I personally enjoy October with the temperature in the 70's. The off leash dog policy starts on October 15th and the large crowds are mostly gone. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.

If you are craving a burger there is no better place to go then Fat Andy's, just a minute or two past the old bridge. The best burgers in the area. Just thinking about it makes me hungry.

Hi Everyone,

All stays are for one week, check in on Saturday after 3 pm and check out the following Saturday at 10 AM. So the booking calendar will only accept a start date of Saturday. If you press any open Saturday it will automatically select the week and you can then see the rate for that week.
