The Yenisei is the largest river system flowing into the Arctic Ocean. Starting in Mongolia, it flows to the Yenisei Gulf in the Kara Sea, irrigating most of Central Siberia, and it is the longest watercourse flowing in the Yenisei-Angaro-Selenga-Ider River system.
