🌺Hello Papeete, Tahiti! We arrived at 5:25am, watched the sun rise, and boom 29C, feels like 33c at 8am. 🌴

Mesmerized, we have been pinching ourselves as “paradise” has slowly unfolded, and watched some pretty amazing yachts sail by. 🥱 Coffee! ☕️, then enjoyed a lovely swim.

At this week's luncheon, I brought my carry on, packed with what I would bring on a cruise, right down to showing you all my undergarments, insert snicker. 🙂

💃 Being practical, and creating a core wardrobe which can all mix and match, is your key to success in sizing down your luggage.

You all have a "little black dress", right? Or, a black skirt, or a simple navy dress will do, but black can look casual to formal, & worthy of a classic look in a jiffy.

👗From Casual to Formal: Effortlessly transition from day to night by accessorizing. Add a jacket, a shirt, a belt, purse, shoes, scarf (if you know me, I love my scarfs!), or pop of color accessories to transform your look in to endless possibilities in seconds, and by simply layering it with your favorite pieces it offers endless versatility.

⚓ Perfect for Cruises: Ideal for evening dining and formal nights on board, with the right accessories, one little black dress can give you multiple elegant looks throughout your trip. Whether it's sightseeing, beach outings, or evening affairs, the little black dress is your go-to.

Embrace a monochromatic chic cohesive wardrobe, mine had black and whites this day, with a few pops of color like red and yellow for added flair, which also effortlessly tied the look together for each style. The dress itself is a very light sleeveless summer style, with slits up the sides, and little black ties. It's perfect for any occasion!

📸 Create Your own Lookbook reference: Snap photos of yourself wearing various little black dress ensembles and create a style montage for inspiration on the go, and use as an easy mix and match reference for a new look every day at your finger tips, no guessing what to wear.

How many dresses is just right? I usually aim for 4-6 dress looks for a 7 day cruise, or up to 6-7 for 14+ days at sea by simply using my mix-and-match dresses approach by adding three more core wardrobe dresses in my carry on luggage. Super easy, I promise!

💃 Fashion is Fun: Experiment with what you have and let your creativity shine. Challenge yourself to mix and match items from your closet to discover new looks without the need for shopping sprees. Spread it all on your bed, then put half away. Now, that's just right. 🙂
