🍃 They say Pai is the place to come to unwind and slow down at the end of your Thailand travels. “They” are right. It’s essentially an island far away from big city life, deep in the countryside where creatives, nature lovers, and other open minded folk rest in their beings. Inevitably it’s a hole. Once you’re there it’s easy to fall in…🕳️❤️As a full time floater, I appreciate places like this so much.I‘ve never felt like I’ve been successful at finding community during travel. It was always a desire but either I was too reclusive or I just found people to be too surface.I’ve found that most locals (especially in high tourist areas) won’t even give you the time of day because they assume you’re just IN and OUT🙅🏾♀️ so what’s the point in investing?I didn’t feel this in Pai. see the thing about a place like Pai is that it attracts like minded people from all over the world. So anyone you meet is likely to share your views and interests. Pai is not my place. I’m still searching but I say this to say that if you feel alone or misunderstood in your community, there are places in this world that are waiting for you. To come and discover yourself or thrive in who you always were but could never justify. The world is wide guys. Remember that. And me, I’ll keep searching, until I find my forever home. 🏡❤️ The place that checks all the boxes. I met so many people here with a similar story- they have been coming to Pai for years and one day, made the decision to move…or came once and just never left. I’m so inspired by these stories but even more by the way their eyes glow and their faces brighten as they talk about it. It’s like they’ve finally found heaven. If I never find the place that makes my face glow, I’ll be content with the memory of their faces when they told their stories. Here’s to Pai and the small, off the beaten path places like it !🥂❤️

🤍It’s trips like this one that reminds me why I committed to this life of full time travel. Through weird misdirection and quirky interventions, every once in a while, I’ll stumble upon something really special. Like Harran, Türkiye for example. I’d been to this region once before, to visit Gobeklitepe during my third month in Turkey. That trip resurrected me and inspired me to stay in the country for a few more years. But it took another two years before even hearing about Harran. Which is INSANE because it was only 45 minutes from where I was before. But you wouldn’t know unless…you know. When I finally visited, at the tail end of restrictions, the village was a ghost town. I had it entirely to myself. I went undercover near the Syrian border, and ended the night by sleeping outside under a tent made of goat hair. 🌸🦄With its prestigious “Grand Cru” Rangen Vineyard, Thann kicks off the southern entrance of the Alsace wine region. For a small village, it has some stunning medieval architecture worth the stop. Which makes sense why it was named one of France’s Most Beautiful Detours. Unlike more popular cities in the region, like Colmar or Strasbourg, Thann is refreshingly non crowded, cozy, and easy paced. It’s hard not to feel like you’re starting in your own fairytale 😍Would you visit here? @botbtravelexperiences....#offthebeatenpath #thannfrance #thann #alsaceregion #smallvillage #alsacewineroute #visitalsace #travelplanner #wanderlust #femmetravel #nomadlife #girlslovetravel #dametraveler #mostbeautifulvillages #alsacefrance #beautifuldestinations #earthpix #uniquedestinations
Wow. 🇺🇸Maui, 🇪🇬Egypt, 🇬🇷Greece This is only the beginning. B.O.T.B Travel experiences LLC was born in 2022. After 6 years of traveling the globe, planning out all of my own all inclusive travel: accommodations, living, etc and having so many unique experiences, this really couldn’t be more than a dream. I spent years sharing my journey online at @freebritt and the second I let people know that I am accepting clients, my phone was blowing up. 😭🫶🏾It’s crazy because I’ve never looked at travel as a skill, let alone a career. Over the years you guys have seen me trying to navigate this unique life. My goal in life since I can remember was to find “balance.”I don’t really know what that means to me anymore. In 2022, I traveled the equivalence of 2.7 times around the world. A quarter personal, a quarter for work, a quarter with my family🥰, and a quarter to visit family at their homes. For now, I’m pretty content with that balance. 🙏🏾 #beautifuldestinations #airplanelovers #takeflight #traveltips #nomad #gltlove #girlslovetravel #storytelling #traveltheworld #earthpix #femmetravel
2021 Recap
I don't know about you but i'm feeling '22!🎆
What a strange year. Going through these photos, I realized I did so many epic trips this year that I still haven't gotten the chance to tell you guys about.
Like eat pray love type sh*t. I hiked 85-mile Lycian road twice and did a solo road trip around Turkey's black sea region. I cruised the Euphrates river, visited Cappadocia with family👯🏾♀️👯🏾♀️ and successfully planned a last minute trip to Egypt in 1 week!
But it feels as if I did nothing haha.
Travel was a TEASE this year. We thought we were in the clear then BOOM 💥 the year became 2020-(1)
I will say I accomplished my goal of traveling slow.. I visited every region of Turkey. And revisited many small towns. I didn't do much international travel but exploring Turkey kept me so busy and fullfilled. (Not to mention saved me tons of money🤑)
And I even got the chance, amidst all the restrictions to import my family( twice) including my older sister who has never been able to join me on a trip!💗
I checked one new country & continent off my list with EGYPT. And reconnected with a dear childhood friend👯🏾♀️
Overall I'd say 2021 was another year of small wins that are carrying me forward to something really great.

Pt 2...in the next country...
Can you guess which?😏
Solo travelers are special people that understand the importance of loving on themselves without having to wait for anyone else to do so.
We understand that with taking extended time to check in with ourselves, hear ourselves, challenge ourselves and navigate this world alone, we are unearthing a self that's more worthy than we could ever find in one corner of this earth...
Who calls it waiting when the love you seek is with you all along.
..and someone will match it. 💞👣
You have to start romanticizing your life.💫 And Documenting it!
Last year, in my 3rd month in Turkey, a friend gifted me a shoot with this photographer in my favorite city, Mardin.
I didn't know then it would become a place so special to me...
Hell, it was only 2 days before that I was trying to flee the country for good! 🙄
Turns out, Mardin was love at first sight... 💕
8 months later, that friend messaged me a d told me my photo was hanging up in his studio.
Recently, returned to see it and got my photo taken again.
Not only do these photos remind me of the city I love, but I look at these two photos side by side and see such a beautiful transformation.
A naive girl to a mentally mature woman. I will cherish these photos forever... and hopefully return each year for more 💕
Thank you @yucelerdas_photography !
Do you know of this mountain in Eastern Turkey?🇹🇷
Its name is Mount Ararat; locally known as Ağri Dağ. You may remember it from the Bible in the Book Of Genesis, where the mountain is said to be the final resting spot of Noah's Ark. 🛶🐏🐐🕊
I can't explain the feeling of being in the presence of such a place. You'll have to go experience it for yourself 💛🤟🏾
Bursa blog now live 🤗💕🇹🇷

So I finally made this Turkish breakfast favorite today! This was a take on Turkish menemen- spicy omelette.
Technically its not traditional menemen, because I did not scramble the eggs, so let's call it a hybrid (because I know Turks will argue me on this🤭) between menemen and Sucuklu yumurta (sausage and eggs)😉😋
Update‼️ there's a name for this hybrid, a middle eastern dish called Shakshuka😅
It's an inexpensive, easy, and filling meal to make! I'm obsessed😍
All you need is...
Tomatoes (the fresher, the better. Canned will do)
Garlic
Onions
Bell Peppers
Chile Peppers
Eggs
Olive oil
Seasons (recommend salt, pepper, paprika)
Sugar/Sweetener
Sausage (optional)
-Sautee ingredients in olive oil (except eggs and tomatoes) until soft
-Then add tomatoes mixed with sweetener. Cook until most water has been absorbed
-Carve out pockets for eggs
-Crack eggs in them
-Season!
-Cover until eggs are cooked to your liking
Serve IN SKILLET! 😋
😍🙏🏾
