Bohol’s Balicasag Island is unacceptably too expensive for me. 100 for entrance fee alone, 150 for snorkel fee, additional 200 if you swim further to pawikan’s sanctuary (just 50-100m away). And if you don’t have a snorkel set, you can rent it for 150. All these for 2 hours. So you’ve got to fork out 600 pesos to enjoy the waters of Balicasag for 2 hours. Not to mention the island hopping fees that take you to this island and Virgin Island (pictured above) http://ift.tt/2iyaXMb

While I was prepping my Bohol itinerary last week, I stumbled upon a blog post written by a non-Filipino tourist. He never mentioned the exact name of the falls or where it’s located.
