For day/ evening events cottage can be opened for events for day/ evening. Perfect for small events especially under 12 x 30 covered patio! You would have access to kitchen, living room/ dining room, Roku T.V., and a restroom. French doors open to covered patio. Future B&B, Currently accepting campsites rentals now right beside river! Picnic table, firepit and access to river for kayaks and tubes!

Outdoor covered 12x30 patio and grill! Camping only while inside is still being completed for overnight
